The founders of Barrum, Alkistis Loukides and Marianne Erne, both have years of experience in the development of Mauritius rums and have now emerged with true treasures under the niche brand BARRUM. These are local small-scale productions and individual casks that, purely due to their limited availability, could never have left the shores of Mauritius as independent and commercially usable products. They were too small to be utilized, but too good to be ignored. Hence, the idea arose to bring together rarities under one roof and present them accordingly.
