Patridom is a compound word from the Spanish "patrimonio" and "dominicano", which means Dominican heritage. The rum is fermented, distilled and aged in the Dominican Republic. Patridom, formerly "Ron Esclavo," is a premium rum series from the Dominican Republic made from local sugar cane and the finest expertise. From growing the sugar cane to barrel storage, the entire manufacturing process takes place in the Dominican Republic.
