Originally, Rocky Patel worked as a successful lawyer in Hollywood, representing high-profile clients such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, among others. During the great cigar boom of the 1990s in the USA, he changed industries, entering the cigar business as a career changer and achieving his first significant successes at an industry trade show in 1996. In 2003, Rocky focused his attention specifically on premium cigars and introduced the first Vintage series.
Through his tireless efforts over the decades, Rocky Patel has built an extensive network that grants him access to the best tobaccos worldwide. His cigars are meticulously handcrafted both in Honduras and in his own factory, Tavicusa, in Estelí, Nicaragua.
His creative drive knows no bounds. No other brand boasts a portfolio as extensive as Rocky Patel's. His particular passion is blending: out of up to 120 different blends, he ultimately selects only one or two that meet his high standards of perfection. In doing so, he also deliberately takes unconventional paths.
