Nobilis, an independent rum bottler from Denmark, created a very special bottling in close cooperation with Stefan Hänel and Kevin Sørensen for the 15th anniversary of the German Rum Festival in 2026. With great enthusiasm, we present one of the most highly anticipated new releases in our entire company history. This rum has been a focus for us for a long time, and after an intensive search, we have finally succeeded in securing and bottling an extraordinary cask. This unique rum was distilled in 1992 at the Enmore distillery in Guyana on the legendary Versailles single wooden pot still (MEC). It embodies one of the most traditional and iconic styles ever created in the history of Demerara rum. After distillation, the spirit was brought to Europe, where it was allowed to mature for an impressive 34 years, developing a remarkable depth, complexity, and elegance. This treasure was bottled at cask strength with 56.6% ABV, resulting in a strictly limited edition of only 230 bottles.
