The sugarcane is harvested daily in strictly controlled and certified cultivation areas to ensure the highest freshness and natural sweetness. Immediately after harvest, the sugarcane is taken to the production facility where processing begins.
To optimally preserve freshness, natural aroma, and sweetness, the sugarcane is pressed immediately – the ideal foundation for the subsequent fermentation process. The pure sugarcane juice is fermented with a proprietary, traditional yeast culture. This fermentation takes about 14 days and produces a "light sugar wine" with an alcohol content of 8 to 9% and a fine, characteristic aroma profile.
